Element Offices Almere is on Markerkant, the business park on the north side of Almere Stad. You park free of charge on our own grounds, and the Hogering takes you straight onto the A6. Almere Centrum station is about a fifteen-minute walk.
Inside, you work in your own office or a meeting room, and you welcome your clients in The Club. That's how we see a business centre: as a hotel for businesses, where reception looks after your guests and takes in your post.

The Club is the entrance and meeting place of the building. This is where you welcome your clients, have a cup of coffee or work outside your own office for a while. When the weather is good, you sit outside on the terrace.

- Public transport
By public transport, take the train to Almere Centrum. Intercity trains to and from Amsterdam, Schiphol, The Hague and Zwolle, among others, stop there, as do Sprinter trains to Utrecht. From the station it's about a fifteen-minute walk to Markerkant. There's a bus stop a few minutes' walk from the building.

By car, you're in the right place. Markerkant is on the Hogering (S101), Almere's ring road, with a direct link to the A6. You park free of charge on our own grounds by the building, and there's plenty of room for your visitors. Driving electric? You can charge here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I come and have a look first?
Yes. Book a tour of about half an hour in the calendar. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices, the meeting rooms and The Club.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.
Can I get in during evenings and weekends?
With your own office, yes, at any hour. Flex workers and meeting guests are welcome while reception is open.
Can I park at Element Offices Almere?
Yes. You park free of charge on our own grounds, as a tenant and as a visitor, and you can charge an electric car there. A permanent space for tenants is arranged through Element Offices.
How do I get there by public transport?
Take the train to Almere Centrum, then it's about a fifteen-minute walk. Rather not walk? There's a bus stop a few minutes from the building.
Is there room for a larger team?
Yes. Offices with consecutive numbers on the same floor adjoin each other, so you can often combine two or more. Because you share the meeting rooms, The Club and the pantry, you need less space of your own than in a standalone building.
