Element Offices in Utrecht
Utrecht is a cycling city, and that shows in the choice. From De Goeman in Lauwerecht you're at Utrecht Centraal in no time by bike. Winthontlaan and De Meern are the handy ones if you come by car, on the A12 and by the Oudenrijn interchange.
At De Goeman, Winthontlaan and De Meern, reception welcomes your guests, just as in a hotel for businesses. De Goeman has a restaurant in the building, and there's a pool table in The Club at De Meern. Leidsche Rijn is smaller: an office in the middle of the Vleuterweide shopping centre, where you visit by appointment.
As an office tenant you can get in at any time, including evenings and weekends.

How to get there
By bike, De Goeman, on the north side of the city centre, is closest to Utrecht Centraal. Winthontlaan in Kanaleneiland is right on the A12 and on the sneltram (light rail). De Meern is on Rijnzathe, close to the Oudenrijn interchange where the A2 and A12 meet. Leidsche Rijn is in the Vleuterweide shopping centre. Your visitors park free at Winthontlaan; at the other buildings they pay.

You can rent a private office at every Utrecht building. Meeting rooms, flex desks and a business address are available at De Goeman, Winthontlaan and De Meern. In Leidsche Rijn the meeting rooms are for that building's tenants only.
I can't decide between the city centre and the A12. How do I choose?
Look mainly at how your clients and your team travel. If most come by bike or train, De Goeman is the best fit. If they drive, Winthontlaan and De Meern are handier, and at Winthontlaan your visitors park free.
Why do I visit Leidsche Rijn by appointment?
Unlike our other Utrecht buildings, Leidsche Rijn has no permanent reception, so we arrange a time with you for a viewing. If you rent an office there, you can still get in day and night.
Can I have lunch there?
At De Goeman, yes: there's a restaurant in the building. Winthontlaan, De Meern and Leidsche Rijn don't have a restaurant in the building.
