Element Offices Utrecht is at Winthontlaan 200, on the Kanaleneiland business park near Westraven. By car, you come off the A12 and straight into our own car park. The P+R Westraven tram stop is a few minutes' walk away, and from there the tram takes you to Utrecht Centraal.
We see a business centre as a hotel for businesses: you work in your own office, a meeting room or The Club, and reception welcomes your guests and takes in your post.

Off the A12 and straight into the car park
- Public transport
By public transport, take tram 20 towards Nieuwegein or tram 21 towards IJsselstein from Utrecht Centraal (Jaarbeursplein stop). After six stops, get off at P+R Westraven and walk a few minutes to Winthontlaan. Coming by bike? There's a covered bike shed.

By car, take the A12 exit for Westraven, Kanaleneiland and Jaarbeurs. The Oudenrijn (A2/A12) and Lunetten (A12/A27) junctions are close by. You park on our own grounds by the building, where there are also charging points; as a tenant you can arrange a permanent space through Element Offices. Your visitors park free of charge in a car park within walking distance.
Frequently asked questions
Can I come and have a look first?
Yes. Pick a time in the calendar for a tour of about half an hour. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices, the meeting rooms, The Club and the terrace.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.
Can I get in during evenings and weekends?
If you rent an office, yes, at any hour. Flex workers and meeting guests are welcome while reception is open.
How do I get there by public transport?
The tram from Utrecht Centraal takes you to P+R Westraven in six stops. From there it's a few minutes' walk.
Can I park there?
Yes. Tenants get a permanent space on our grounds by the building through Element Offices, with charging points. Your visitors can park free of charge within walking distance.
Is there room for a larger team?
Offices with consecutive numbers on the same floor are next to each other and can often be combined, up to a whole wing. You share the meeting rooms, The Club and the pantry, so you need less space of your own than in a standalone building.
