A private office in a business centre
You rent a lockable office in one of our business centres. Think of it as a hotel for businesses: the room is yours, and you share facilities such as reception, The Club and meeting rooms with other companies. That way you need fewer square metres of your own than in a standalone office building. Each location’s office page shows what your monthly price covers.
From one desk to a whole floor
An office just for you, or for a team of dozens: both work. Offices on the same floor with consecutive numbers sit side by side, so you can often rent a few together. That’s how we house companies of up to around 1,000 m². We’ll put together a proposal that fits your team.
Flexible terms
You can rent from one month. We agree the term per contract; for most offices it’s a year or less. If your team grows, we’ll look at a bigger office together.
Access at any hour
As an office tenant you can get in at any time, day or night, weekends included. Where a building has a reception, it’s staffed during the day; the hours are listed per location.
Empty or furnished
You can rent an empty office and furnish it yourself. Rather not? Then rent furniture, plants and accessories from us and let our stylists set up your office. Furniture is always a separate option. Some of our buildings have their own interior theme, such as Energy in Rotterdam.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum rental period?
One month. After that it depends on the contract; often it’s a year or less.
What does the rent include?
Each location’s office page lists what comes with your monthly price and what you can add separately, such as furniture.
Is the office furnished?
That’s up to you. Rent it empty, or rent furniture from us and have our stylists furnish it. Furnishing is always a separate option.
When can I get into the building?
Whenever you like, evenings and weekends too.
Can I move to a bigger office later?
Yes. When your team grows, we’ll look together at a bigger office or the one next door.
