Two ways to work flexibly
A flex desk in The Club
A desk in The Club, the shared space of the business centre, where tenants also work and bump into each other. Handy when you’re between two appointments or can’t get your work done at home.
A private room for the day
A closed room with one or two desks. Shut the door, make calls without anyone listening in and work undisturbed all day.
Not every location has both: Walborg, for instance, has no flex desks in The Club. The list below shows what each location offers.
How to book
Choose a location below. On that building’s flex page, pick a day and a spot and book online. You’re not tied to anything: you only book the days you come in. On the day itself, check in at reception.
What’s arranged?
Someone at reception welcomes you and shows you the way. There’s wifi throughout the building. Need a meeting in between? Book a meeting room as well.
When can you work there?
Flex working is possible while reception is open; the hours are listed per location. Want access in the evenings and at weekends too? Then a private office is a better fit, because office tenants can get in at any time. Office space to rent →

Do I need a subscription?
No. You book online, one visit at a time.
What’s the difference between a flex desk and a room for the day?
A flex desk is a spot in the shared space, The Club. A room for the day is a private, closed room with one or two desks.
When can I work there?
During the day. At TreeCity, for example, that’s weekdays from 7.30am to 6pm.
Can I have a meeting there?
For a meeting, book a meeting room. Your guests check in at reception.
Can I choose a different location each time?
You can. Amsterdam today, Utrecht next week: you pick whichever location suits you that day.
