Element Offices Leidsche Rijn is on Middenburcht, in the centre of Vleuterweide. Shops, cafés and restaurants are on the doorstep, and the bus to Utrecht Centraal stops a few minutes' walk away.
The building is small and personal, but the idea is the same as in our larger business centres: a hotel for businesses, where you come in to work. You rent a private, lockable office and share the meeting room and the pantry with the other businesses in the building.

Bus 28 to Utrecht Centraal
- Public transport
The Vleuterweide-Centrum bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. Bus 28 stops there and runs via Leidsche Rijn station to Utrecht Centraal without changing. Vleuten station is about one and a half kilometres away; bus 28 stops there too. Your bike goes in the racks by the door.

Can I come and have a look first?
Yes. Pick a time in the calendar for a tour of about half an hour. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices and the meeting room.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.
Can I get in during evenings and weekends?
With your own office, yes, at any hour of the day.
How do I get there by public transport?
Bus 28 runs from Utrecht Centraal to the Vleuterweide-Centrum stop without changing. From there it's a few minutes' walk to Middenburcht.
Can I park there?
Yes. Tenants arrange a permanent space through Element Offices, and your visitors can park too. There are charging points.
Is there room for a larger team?
Offices with consecutive numbers on the same floor are next to each other and can often be combined. Because you share the meeting room and the pantry, you need less space of your own than in a standalone office building. If it doesn't fit here, we'll look at our other locations in Utrecht with you.
