Element Offices De Meern is on Rijnzathe, on the Oudenrijn business park. The Oudenrijn junction, where the A2 and the A12 meet, is round the corner. The A2 takes you towards Amsterdam and Den Bosch, the A12 towards The Hague and Arnhem.
You walk into The Club, with its coffee bar and a pool table. Behind it are the offices and meeting rooms. A hotel for businesses, that's how we see it: reception welcomes your guests and takes in your post, and you get on with your work.

Coming by public transport? The Veldzigt-Zuid bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. Bus 19 to and from Utrecht Centraal (Jaarbeurs side) stops there.

By car, you're in the right place: the slip roads of the A2 and the A12 are a few minutes' drive away. You park by the building, and you can charge your electric car there.

Can I come and have a look first?
Yes. Pick a time in the calendar for a tour of about half an hour. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices, the meeting rooms and The Club.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.
Can I get in during evenings and weekends?
If you rent an office, yes: the app on your phone or smartwatch opens the door at any hour. Flex workers and meeting guests are welcome while reception is open.
Can I park at the building?
Yes, at the building, and you can charge there too. Tenants arrange a permanent space through Element Offices; your visitors can park there as well.
How do I get there without a car?
Take bus 19 from Utrecht Centraal (Jaarbeurs side). Get off at Veldzigt-Zuid and it's a few minutes' walk to Rijnzathe.
Is there room for a larger team?
Offices with consecutive numbers on the same floor sit side by side, so you can often combine two or more. And because you share the meeting rooms, The Club and the pantry, you need less space of your own than in a standalone building.
