Element Offices TreeCity in Amstel III

A campus in Amstel III, close to the metro and the train.

Element Offices TreeCity is in The Hill, one of the buildings on the TreeCity campus in Amstel III, the office district of Amsterdam Zuidoost. Three office buildings stand around a courtyard garden. On the ground floor of The Hill there's a restaurant with a terrace.

A hotel for businesses, that's how we see it. You work in your own office, a meeting room or at a flex desk; reception welcomes your guests and takes in your post.

What are you looking for? (optional)

Metro within walking distance, the A9 round the corner

Public transport

By public transport, get off at Bullewijk metro station (lines 50 and 54). Line 54 runs from Amsterdam Centraal without changing. Coming by train? Get off at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA or Holendrecht; both stations are about a kilometre away.

Car

By car, take the A9 to the campus; there is a junction close by. From the A9 you are soon on the A2 and the A10. Beneath the campus is a car park with charging points for electric cars.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come and have a look first?

Yes. Pick a time in the calendar for a tour of about half an hour. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices, the meeting rooms and The Club, and take a short walk with you around the campus.

What is the minimum rental period?

You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.

Can I get in during evenings and weekends?

If you rent an office, yes: you open the door with the app on your phone or smartwatch, at any hour. Flex workers and meeting guests can come in while reception is open.

How do I get there by public transport?

Take metro 50 or 54 to Bullewijk and walk from there to Hullenbergweg. Coming by train? Get off at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA or Holendrecht; both stations are about a kilometre away.

Can I park there?

Beneath the campus is a car park with charging points for electric cars. Tenants arrange a permanent space through Element Offices, and visitors can park there too.

Is there room for a larger team?

Offices with consecutive numbers on the same floor are next to each other and can often be combined. You share the meeting rooms, The Club and the pantry, so you need less space of your own than in a standalone building.
