Element Offices Walborg in Buitenveldert
Just south of the Zuidas, with Gelderlandplein within walking distance.
Element Offices Walborg is in Buitenveldert, just south of the Zuidas. For shopping, you walk to the Gelderlandplein shopping centre. It's quieter here than on the Zuidas, which is a short tram ride away.
We call it a hotel for businesses: your own office, a meeting room or an office for a day, with a reception that welcomes your guests and takes in your post. When the weather's good, you work on the garden terrace.

Frequently asked questions
Can I come and have a look first?
Yes. Pick a time in the calendar for a tour of about half an hour. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices, the meeting rooms, The Club and the garden terrace.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.
Can I get in during evenings and weekends?
If you rent an office, yes: the app on your phone or smartwatch opens the door at any hour. Flex workers and meeting guests are welcome while reception is open.
How do I get there by public transport?
Take tram 5 or 25 to the Van Boshuizenstraat stop and walk a few minutes to Walborg. Coming by train or metro? Get off at Amsterdam Zuid and take tram 5 or 25 towards Amstelveen.
Can I park there?
The building has an underground car park with charging points. Tenants arrange a permanent space through Element Offices, and visitors can park there too.
Is there room for a larger team?
On the same floor, offices with consecutive numbers sit side by side, so you can often combine them. Because you share the meeting rooms, The Club and the pantry, you need less space of your own than in a standalone building.
