By train or via the A20
- Public transport
Capelle Schollevaar station is within walking distance, with Sprinter trains to Rotterdam Centraal and towards Gouda. Coming from the Utrecht direction? Then get off at Rotterdam Alexander, an intercity station a little further away. Metro lines A and B stop there too.
- Car
By car, take exit 16 (Capelle aan den IJssel) off the A20. You park on our own grounds by the building, where you can also charge your electric car. Your visitors park free of charge.

Can I come and have a look first?
Yes. Pick a time in the calendar; the tour takes about half an hour. Someone from our sales team will show you the offices and the meeting room.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from one month. For an office we usually agree a term of a year or less. The exact term is in your proposal.
Can I get in during evenings and weekends?
If you rent an office, yes, late in the evening and at weekends too.
How do I get there by public transport?
The easiest way is the Sprinter to Capelle Schollevaar; from the station you walk to Rietbaan. Travelling from Utrecht? Take the intercity to Rotterdam Alexander, a little further away.
Is there room for a larger team?
Yes. Offices with consecutive numbers on the same floor are next to each other and can often be combined. You share the meeting room and the pantry, so you need less space of your own than in a standalone building.
