What does an office in Amsterdam cost?
You rent a private office for a fixed price per month, excluding VAT. The price of each office is on the building's office page.
Cleaning of your office is included in the monthly price, and you can add furniture if you want. What you use, such as coffee, phone and postage, we charge separately.
Fewer square metres needed
An office in a business centre doesn't have to be big. You share the meeting rooms, seating areas and pantry with the other tenants in the building, so you don't rent those square metres yourself. Your own office is there for your team's desks.

Mostly the way you and your team travel. Coming by car? Then Daalwijkdreef in Zuidoost is handy: you park on site and can charge your car. TreeCity is by Bullewijk metro station, Walborg in Buitenveldert and Tower42 by Diemen Zuid station. Not sure? Book a viewing at more than one location.

What's included in the rent?
It varies per building; coffee, for example, isn't included everywhere. Each location's office page shows what's included in your monthly price. Furniture can be rented as an option.
Can I use my office in the evenings and at weekends too?
Yes. As an office tenant you can get in at any time, also outside reception hours. At TreeCity, Walborg and Tower42 you open the door with the app on your phone or smartwatch.
How long do I rent an office for?
We agree that per contract. You can rent from just one month; most office contracts run for a year or less.
