How a virtual office in Amsterdam works
With a virtual office you use the address of one of our Amsterdam buildings for your company: on your website, your invoices and your letterhead. You do not need an office of your own.
Applying is fully online
You choose a building and a package, enter your details and pay. We then check your identity and your company details, as the Wwft (the Dutch anti-money laundering act) requires. This takes no more than three working days. Once everything is in order, you sign the contract online. With virtual office+ you can then register your company at our address with the KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce). With the standard virtual office, our address is your postal address and your company is registered at another address.

Collecting your post in Amsterdam
If you collect your post yourself, think about the journey too. At Daalwijkdreef and Tower42 you park free. At TreeCity and Walborg parking is paid, but you get there quickly by metro to Bullewijk or by tram 5 or 25. Reception hours differ per building and are listed on each location's page.
Meeting a client
Have an appointment? Book a meeting room in the same building. Reception welcomes your guest and you do not have to go anywhere else.

What's the difference between the two packages?
The virtual office gives you a business postal address with mail handling. With virtual office+ you register your company at our address with the KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) and you can work in The Club during reception opening hours.
Can I get an address close to the Zuidas?
Yes, at Walborg in Buitenveldert. If an address in Zuidoost or Diemen suits your clients better, choose Daalwijkdreef, TreeCity or Tower42.
Which address should I choose?
The one that suits where your clients are, or where you'd like to work now and then. With virtual office+ you work in The Club at that location.
What happens to my post?
Your post arrives at your location's reception and you collect it there. Forwarding or scanning is available as an extra option.
Why do you check my details?
As a provider of business addresses, we're required by law to know who we do business with (Wwft, the Dutch anti-money laundering act). That's why we check your company details after you apply.
